The BYD-SC300T handheld infrared thermometer is a high-precision device newly developed by our company. This high-performance, high-quality device utilizes a microcomputer for data acquisition and processing. It features a telescopic optical aiming system, a large distance coefficient, a wide temperature measuring range, and a rapid response. The device is equipped with features like emissivity correction, maximum/minimum/average temperature, temperature differential, upper/lower temperature setting, and over-limit light alarms. Moreover, the device is compact, lightweight, simple to operate, and reliable in use. It is primarily used for temperature measurements during continuous casting, rolling, and heat treatment processes in the steel industry; for molten pools, molten glass, glass drawing, and droplet temperature measurements in the glass industry; for crystal pulling, melting, and epitaxy temperature measurements in the semiconductor industry; temperature measurements during induction heating; and temperature measurements during melting, sintering, casting, forging, etc., in the non-ferrous metal industry, as well as continuous temperature measurements in other high-temperature industrial processes.
