Electric Bridge Experiment Equal Strength Beam
Product Description
I. Purpose:
This device is designed for materials mechanics experiments. Experiments that can be conducted on this device include:
1. Measurement bridge application experiment
2. Equal intensity beam strain measurement experiment
3. Dynamic strain test
II. Features
The device is compact (dimensions 365×120×240), lightweight (approximately 4kg), with weight loading (200 grams per level, four levels in total), convenient operation, accurate loading, durable, and easy to store and use.
III. Construction
The structure consists of an equal intensity beam seat; an equal intensity beam; 5 strain gauges adhered to the upper and lower surfaces of the equal intensity beam; load weights; and horizontal adjustment screws. The deformation of the equal intensity beam is caused by the loading of the weights, and the measurement bridge application experiment and the equal intensity beam strain measurement experiment can be conducted using the strain gauges already adhered to the beam. The equal intensity beam is made of low-carbon steel with an elastic modulus of approximately E=206GPa and μ=0.28. The strain gauges have a K value of 2.080 and a resistance of around 120 ohms.
