Water-cooled Air-cooled Protective Cover
Product Description
This device is made of double-layer stainless steel and is suitable for various infrared thermometers. The circulating water achieves a cooling effect through the cooling interlayer, and cooling air can form a dust-proof air curtain at the front end cover by introducing compressed air. It has good corrosion resistance and dust-proof capabilities, suitable for use in environments with high temperature, dust, and corrosive gases. Widely used in monitoring and high-temperature isolation in high-temperature areas such as steel, glass, metallurgy, and cement.
For installation, first unscrew the six screws from the rear cover to open it, install the thermometer in the slot of the lining board (the slot is for adjusting the thermometer front and back), adjust the angle and distance of the thermometer, and then fix it tightly on the lining board with imperial screws. Cables can be passed through the plastic-coated tube joint at the back of the cover and connected to the protective shield via the plastic-coated tube. Ensure all wires and plastic-coated hoses are properly connected before reattaching the rear cover.
Note: When installing the rear cover, tighten the six screws alternately to avoid uneven tightening leading to air leakage and poor insulation.
